Small Animal Covid-19 Changes to Practice Policies:
We are still seeing patients and performing surgeries as usual, but the small animal building is only open to clients on a limited basis. In order to ensure the safety of our staff and valued clients, we are allowing only one client per appointment in the building to accompany their animal(s). Everyone entering our building must be wearing a surgical or dual-layered cloth mask that covers the entire mouth and nose, and fits snugly on the sides of the face and under the chin. Neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandanas, face shields (without accompanying mask), lace/mesh masks, and masks with outlet valves are not acceptable face coverings, and a surgical mask will be provided for you to wear instead. For more information on appropriate face masks, please visit:

We ask that clients please arrive at their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early, we may ask you to wait outside in your car until we have a room available for your appointment, as our lobby is currently closed. Upon entering the building, we will take your temperature with a touchless thermometer and get you settled into an exam room. If you prefer to not enter the building, are feeling unwell, or have young children with you that cannot be left in the car, we are still happily offering curbside service. You can simply call the front desk (303-857-6671 Ext. 2) to let us know you will not be coming into the building for your appointment, and a technician will come outside where you can pass off your leashed or kenneled animal and we will bring them inside for their exam. A doctor will then call your cell phone or come outside to discuss exam findings and determine the next course of action.
**Euthanasia appointments will be exempt from the one client per appointment rule, as we understand multiple people may want to be present with your pet during that difficult time.
We apologize for any inconveniences this creates for our clients and ask for your patience. As we progress through these challenging times, we wish to acknowledge the value of our clientele and are hopeful to be returning to normal operations as soon as possible.Small Animal Covid-19 Changes to Practice Policies:
